Rev. William Henley, a native of Philadelphia, PA accepted Jesus Christ as a young adult and joined Beulah Baptist Church. He immediately became a student of New Life Bible Institute and later Philadelphia Biblical University. He was licensed to preach the gospel in 1984 and ordained in 1988.
Rev. Henley is a preacher, teacher, conference speaker in the US and abroad. He is committed to proclaiming Jesus Christ and the gospel throughout the world. Missionary efforts have become the foundation in his personal life and that of the church.
Pastor Henley was called to pastor Beulah Baptist Church in 1999 and continues to shepherd a flock of approximately 800. He also serves as president of the New Life Bible Institute Missionary Training School, a three-year school of theology established in 1978 by the late Reverend Dr. Timothy E. Ruffin.
The Lord has blessed him in joyful marriage to Ruthanna Lawrence Henley and together they are the loving parents of three adult children; Stephen, Julianna, and Glorya.
